  • Quantum theory of magnetism and superconductivity, including high-temperature superconductivity, low-dimensional and frustrated magnetics.
  • Theory of magnetic phase transitions and metal–insulator transitions in strongly correlated and disordered systems.
  • Magnetic and superconducting properties of transition and rare-earth metals, their alloys and compounds.
  • Computer simulations of classical and quantum many-particle problems in solid state theory.
